Trương Quốc Huy (born in 1980) is a cyber-dissident and who is also a Youtuber have a channel name N10tv he is a Vietnamese, who has served a prison sentence of more than 5 years in Vietnam. He is a young man who fought for democracy and freedom in Vietnam, after a period of imprisonment, he tried to escape to Cambodia and Thailand; and on February 27, 2012, Mr. Truong Quoc Huy arrived in Thailand to apply for political asylum. Truong Quoc Huy, who used to be a mobile phone technician back in Vietnam, the first time he was arrested was on October 19, 2005. Six weeks after his release last July, Mr. Huy was again arrested at an Internet cafe, and his family has not heard from him since.

Truong Quoc Huy arrested for a second time on August 18, 2006. At the January 29, 2008 trial, he was sentenced to 6 years in prison and 3 years on probation. He was released from prison on November 30, 2011.

According to Amnesty International,[1] he was accused of participating in an Internet discussion forum and in the activities of the Block 8406 movement (created on 8 April 2006) in favor of the democracy and calling for peaceful political change and respect for human rights in Vietnam.
