12 Men Answer Everything Girls Want To Know About Male Masturbation

A little while ago we found six girls to answer a number of questions boys had asked regarding female masturbation.

Seeing as it’s National Masturbation Month, we decided there was only one way to celebrate: turn the tables and speak to a group of guys about their experiences with masturbation.

And yes, things did get interesting. Because believe it or not, there’s a LOT of questions girls really want to know, but they have been left unanswered

So 12 different guys, of all different ages, talk about their masturbation preferences with 100% honesty.

The men

Henry, 18, single; Sam, 20, in a relationship; Josh, 21, single; Andrew, 22, single; Cameron, 23, single; Harry, 25, single; Davey, 27, single; James, 27, married; Joe, 28, in a relationship; Trevor, 35, newly single; Steve, 50, married; Nigel, 51, married (some names have been changed to maintain privacy)

1. What kind of pressure are you using, compared to the pressure you tend to experience during hand jobs?

James: ‘Usually softer – sometimes a female partner can just assume that harder is better to the point it’s sore!’

Josh: ‘The pressure isn’t too hard or too soft, it’s just done in a certain way… a way that only if you were doing it to yourself you’d know how to do.’

Nigel: ‘If it’s a quick one, harder and faster pressure. If it’s a leisurely one, softer pressure and slower until you’re about to climax then harder.’

Henry: ‘Definitely harder. I think there’s far too many people who feel uncomfortable or somewhat daunted by getting their partner off. Dicks are easy people, just get stuck in.’

Davey: ‘Hard to answer. Some girls treat it like it’s made out of steel. Others treat it like it’s delicate crystal. Overall, probably less pressure than most hand jobs I’ve received.’

7. Does masturbation ever come up in conversation with your friends?

Josh: ‘Yes. All the time. We tell each other who we’ve cranked one out over and funny situations that’ve happened. It’s pretty normal for guys I think.’

Joe: ‘When we were much younger… like 13 or something… it’d be pretty childish for an adult to talk about bashing one out; simply unnecessary.’

Andrew: ‘It can come up in conversation at times. The majority of guys are comfortable enough with it.’

8. How often do you masturbate? Does this differ when you’re single or in a relationship?

Sam: ‘Probably like once every three days to once a day, it depends. I probably do it the same amount really, whether single or not.

To conclude:

Every man is different, but if you’re wanting to spend some serious time on them, it’s better to be a little delicate.

Men are totally not ashamed of masturbating – unless they’re thinking with their penis and end up watching something they would totally not be comfortable with when not turned on.

And surprisingly, men don’t just use porn as their only masturbation outlet – they’re way more into visualising than you may have assumed.

Masturbating to a photo seems to be more of a thing for younger guys – and mainly a one off for a laugh (that they keep to themselves?).

And yes girls, men do masturbate over other girls when they’re in a relationship. But we can feel totally chill about it because it’s not because we’re any less attractive to them.
