There is absolutely NO "right" time or age to have sex. You should do it when you feel 100% ready, are knowledgeable about birth control and condoms, and trust the person with whom you'd like to do it. With that being said, it's totally understandable to wonder how old your favorite celebs were when they lost their V card — and if they lost it to another celeb.

According to a 2018 study, the average age teens are losing their virginity is around 17, but how does that compare with some of your favorite YouTubers' first times? Check out all the celebs who got real AF online about how they lost their V card.

Josh Richards

In a YouTube video titled, "When Did You Lose Your V-Card!? #HotTubConfessions When Did You First Like Your Girlfriend?" from January 2020, Josh shared he was 16 years old when he lost it. In the video, he said he lost his virginity "a year ago."

Josh Richards's fellow YouTuber and TikTok star also lost his virginity at 16 years old. In the same video on Josh's channel, Bryce revealed he was a junior when he did it for the first time.

Griffin Johnson

Also in Josh's video from January 2020 was Griffin Johnson. Like his friends, he lost his V card at 16 years old. He said he was "a sophomore at prom" when he lost it.

Fellow TikToker Jaden Hossler, whose YouTube channel is for his music under the name jxdn, was also in the video. He lost his V card at 16 years old as well.

In February 2019, Carly sat down with fellow YouTubers Josh Peck and David Dobrik to discuss how and when she lost her virginity, part of Josh's "Losing Your V Card" series on his channel.

She revealed she lost it to then-boyfriend Bruce Wiegner (pictured here) when she was 26, and that Bruce knew she was a virgin when they had sex.

When David asked her why she waited so long (FYI, there's no 'right' or 'wrong' time to lose your virginity), Carly said she wasn't sure. "I just never felt ready, I guess."

Carly and Bruce had been dating for about five months before they did it.

Erin was in the same "Losing Your V Card" video as her YouTube partner, Carly. She was 19 or 20 when she lost her virginity.

"I was in a relationship and we'd been dating for a while," Erin said. "After a few months, we slept together." She said it just happened and it was basically hooking up, not something special.

In April 2018, David also sat down with Josh Peck to openly discuss how he lost his virginity.

The deed happened at the unnamed girl's house when David was 17. She was someone he knew, but she didn't go to his school. "I got to her house, her parents weren't home, and it was no talking. We just did it."

Back in July 2015, Shane shared in an emotional video that he was bisexual. He discussed his past relationships and learning about who he was as a person.

During the vid, he said he lost his virginity when he was 23, calling it "one of the best moments of [his] life." He explained, "I loved it, and it didn't feel fake. I didn't feel like I was lying to her. It felt amazing. I have also done stuff with guys."

In November 2018, Trisha sat down with Josh Peck to talk about losing her V card. She lost it at 18 and met the person off of Myspace two weeks after moving to L.A.

She and the guy — D.J.'s boyfriend Viper on Full House, aka David Lipper — started making out, but she froze when she realized she had never shaved down there and felt weird about it. (FYI, you don't have to shave for anyone. Live your life.) She went back a few nights later. They watched The 40 Year Old Virgin, then started making out and did the deed.

Hilariously, she also told him — WHILE THEY WERE DOING IT — that she was a fan of his.

Hannah Hart

The YouTuber and author of Buffering: Unshared Tales of a Life Fully Loaded, was 19 when she lost her virginity. "It was my first girlfriend and I was in love, but then she broke my heart. So then I slept with this guy when I was in Japan in a love motel because I was like, 'Don't be gay, Hannah, don't be gay. Sleep with this dude. Nah, you're still gay,'" she said in a Q&A video in 2016.

During the summer after her freshman year of high school, ItsEssi's friend told her she was going to lose her virginity to a guy she didn't think was that cute, so then she'd be better prepared for a guy she did really want to sleep with in the future. ItsEssi, aka Essence, thought that idea was a good one, so she wanted to do it, too.

Essence shared in a video how she met a guy — code name "Max" — at her mother's apartment (she visited her mother on the weekends and was raised by her grandmother in another city) and became friends with him and started to "actually really like him." They began dating and started having sex four months into their relationship.

One day, Max skipped school and laid low for a bit. After Essence's stepfather left the apartment, she called Max to come over. They went into her SISTER'S bedroom and they started to do the deed, but she told him to stop because it hurt too much.

Tana hung out with Josh Peck and spilled the tea, sharing she was 15 when she lost her virginity. It was with a guy who went to her opposing high school, aka " the richer, nicer high school."

She either commented on an Insta pic or slid into his DMs (she doesn't remember which), and after texting for a while, they finally met IRL and hung out at his house.

Later, they find out they each have tickets to the Chance the Rapper and Mac Miller concert. They met up at the concert and "sparks fly."

After the concert, she didn't leave with him, but with her friend with whom she went to the concert. Later, however, he eventually picked her up and took her back to his "smart house." He lit some candles and they did it in his room. She spent the night and they got breakfast the next morning.

On Christmas Eve in 2018, Jazzie shared a story time video about losing her virginity. She was a 15-year-old sophomore in high school, dating a junior.

When she was alone at home, she texted him to come over. They hung out in her room, watching movies and kissing, and then she told him she was ready. He went down on her and then when they started to have sex, she immediately pulled back the reins and told him to stop because it hurt.

Cut to a couple days later, they hung out at the lake and eventually did it in the back seat of the car.
