15K Pace Chart

Getting ready to run a 15K? The table below will translate your goal finish time into your per mile or per kilometer pace, and will show your halfway split too. It also shows the splits for every 2 miles. If you need to see every mile, click the finish time at the start of the row3 kilometers. If you need to see every kilometer, click the finish time at the start of the row.

The rows start with Jacob Kiplimo’s world record of 40:42. (You know, in case you’re planning on breaking the world record.) And for us mere mortals, the rows extend all the way to 2:02:30, in increments of 30 seconds. If you need a finish time outside that range or a specific time in between those 30-second jumps, try our pace calculator tool instead.

Note that some columns have been removed because you’re on a small screen. To see more splits, load this page on a desktop computer or click into a specific finish time.
