You may find a few in Canada, since they can bring in any JDM cars over 15 years old. I would honestly hold out for the regular coupe, the backseats in the 2+2 were mostly an afterthought and don't hold any sort of adult sized person. If you're interested in a grocery getter, the hatch holds plenty, and if you're carrying around people all the time then maybe the Z32 is not the car you're looking for. #3 · Aug 31, 2007

Actually the 2+2 was used in racing because of the longer wheel base. The IMSA Z in the early to mid 90's use that wheel base as well as others when race. The 2+2 TT out sold the 2 seater in Japan by a very big number. I would have gotten a 2+2TT if they made them for the US. If you do see one for sale out side of the Japan it's be converted from a NA to a TT. #4 · Sep 1, 2007 I thought the longer wheelbase would have created a problem with cornering. Such as being harder to recover from a slide. Oh well, go figure. I could see the 2+2 being popular as drifter, though... I know in motorcycle racing, shorter is better, and the only reason swingarms are as long as they are is to counter the tendency to wheelie. Swingarms are as short as possible to counter the possiblity of a wreck when the rear end to steps out in a corner and snaps back in. Watch MotoGP sometime and you'll see what I mean. Longer swingarms act as a fulcrum, I figured it was probably about the same with long wheelbase cars...... #5 · Sep 4, 2007 I've got a 2+2 TT, and personally I like the look a little better than that of the 2 seater, just thanks to the added length.
