2 Years – 24 Months – 730 Days – 17520 Hours – 1051200 Minutes

On 26th February 2015 it will be 2 years since the Mainman received his  injuries after being place with the care provider Autism Initiatives Day Service *Kaleidoscope* Liverpool.

The Mainman needed six operations to repair the injuries he received while in their care and will require more in the future, the Mainman’s Legal Team are  pursuing Liverpool Council through the courts using the new Woodlands Law.

The Mainmans care package, a legal document when signed off by the council said  The Mainman  should not be isolated.  The Mainman was isolated from his peers and this is when he received his injuries, his legal teams has been constantly asking for information/files from Liverpool City Council, they have ignored these requests and have been nothing but obstructive.

The Mainman’s legal team applied to the courts who instructed the council to release the information/files –  the Council were also instructed to pay court costs.

The Council ignored the Court order  –  we went back to court, a penal notice was issued instructing Liverpool City Council to release the documents if they didn’t they would be in contempt of court.

There is no excuse for Liverpool City Council not obeying a court order other than arrogance the tax payer suffered court costs of £850+ .

Jeanette McLoughlin the City Solicitor said  ”It is indeed regrettable that time limits set by the Court were not met in this instance” !!

When the Mainmans legal team secured copies of the training history of the support worker it showed he had received no training ”At All”.    Autism Initiatives put the Mainman in the care of a support worker they employed but never trained, his records showed that within the days, weeks and months after the Mainmans injuries the support worker was sent by his employer Autism Initiatives on numerous courses.

The Mammy still doesn’t know what has happened to the Mainman, how did he receive his injuries, his clothes ripped and bruising to his body!!!

The Council’s Adult Social Services have been “extremely negative and obstructive”. The Mammy has written to Mayor Anderson politely on numerous occasions but received no reply, yet when The Mayors Grandson was allegedly verbally abused at John Lennon Airport he had an article on 2nd page of the Echo saying – he had informed the Police and was going to pursue legal action against the  perpetrator.  Quite obviously the Mainman is of no importance and doesn’t deserve any response to the Mammy’s emails but his own family member deserves 2nd page of the Echo.

The mark of a civilised society is how it treats it most vulnerable members, Liverpool City Council is quite obviously not civilised or they would not treat the Mainman so poorly, shame on them.

The Council have said my blogs are causing them distress – I assume that’s Mayor Anderson and Co., But what about the distress all this has caused the Mainman and his Mammy – it all about protecting the product – the system – the agency not the Vulnerable Adult.

They want the Mammy to go away ”Never” ”Never” ”Never”………….  Justice and Recognition to the Mainman.
