Stephen delivered superb service! My husband and I went to Mattress Firm and were greeted by Stephen as soon as we walked in the door. He was extremely pleasant. We told him we needed a queen-size mattress that was inexpensive but not hard on your back. He showed us a few choices he was very knowledgeable about what he showed us. We made a selection, purchased our mattress, set up a delivery date, and was on our way. Stephen was a remarkable salesman and delivered stellar customer service! If you are looking for a mattress, I recommend you go see him.

Great experience at this store today! Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful, he was not pushy or overbearing, he let us take our time and made sure we taken care of. I would definitely recommend visiting Michael if you are in the market for a new mattress.

I had another five star experience at Green frog mattress! They have the best customer service and the nicest showroom! Billy worked with me for over three weeks to pick out the right mattress. We had not purchased a new mattress in over 20 years and I didn’t realize how hard it would be to decide on one. Their comfort exchange program was great because it allowed me to try out two different mattresses at my house and exchange them for the right one. I now have the exact mattress that I want and love and recommend them highly if you are in the market for a new mattress.

I’ve been a customer of Green Frog Sleep Center for over 20 years, and they continue to impress me. Recently, I needed to return an item, and they accepted it immediately without any hassle. Their commitment to excellent customer service has been consistent throughout the years. It’s rare to find a business that values their customers the way Green Frog Sleep Center does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding support.

The general manager, Mr. Sires, deserves an award for top tier sales & customer service! I stopped by the Savannah location with questions about an adjustable bed’s remote and adapter. Mr. Sires and his team went above and beyond my expectations for figuring out the problem and providing solutions to fix it. A review can’t fully express how astounding those men were. Great staff and great beds! The sales people are very professional and very knowledgeable. They have helped me pick out a bed, accessories, and were always available to answer questions. I encourage you to try out ALL the beds in the store so you can choose your bed wisely. Ask every question that comes to mind. There are no dumb questions. Also look at the accessories like sheets and pillows and ask questions about those too. You will need them if you buy a sleep number bed. Again, there is no such thing as a dumb question. They are happy to answer your questions as they come to mind.

Excellent experience with Savannah and Brett and the team at this store. Do not hesitate to purchase here 5 star team. I was past due in an exchange but they went a head and did the exchange for me. They really care about your experience with this product and will go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy.

Had a very good experience at Sleep Number of Savannah. Employees were very knowledgeable, Helpful, and courteous. There was no high pressure. My wife and I enjoyed the buying experience, and look forward to delivery of the Sleep Number bed.
