To boil sweet potatoes, first peel the potatoes using a vegetable peeler or pairing knife. Then, cut the potatoes into bite sized cubes. Next, bring a pot of water to boil and add the sweet potatoes to it. Cover the pan and let the sweet potatoes cook for 10-30 minutes. The longer you let them cook, the more tender they'll be. For added nutrients, leave the skin on when you boil sweet potatoes. You can also cut sweet potatoes in halves instead of cubes and boil them that way for 30-45 minutes.
