1 Download the Airtel Thanks app. The Airtel Thanks (formerly MyAirtel) app is available from the Google Play Store on Android phones, and the App Store on iPhone. Use the following steps to download the Airtel app. - Open the Google Play Store on Android, or the App Store on iPhone.
- Tap Search (iPhone only).
- Enter "Airtel Thanks" in the search bar.
- Tap Install or GET next to the Airtel Thanks app.

2 Open the Airtel Thanks app. It has a red icon with a white brush-stroke logo with "Airtel" in white letters below it. Tap the icon on your home screen or apps drawer to open the Airtel Thanks app. Advertisement -
3 Login to your Airtel account. Use your mobile number and password to sign in to your Airtel account. - If you do not have an account, you will be asked to enter your mobile number and fill out a form to create an account.

4 Check your balance. The dashboard of the Airtel Thanks app displays your data balance, daily limit and number of days left in your current cycle.[1] - If you don't see the balance immediately, tap the Manage tab, and you'll be able to see your current data information. 1 Open the phone app on your mobile device
. It usually has a green icon that resembles a phone receiver. Tap the icon to open your phone app. -
2 Dial *121# and press the call button. Use the dial pad to dial the USSD code and press the green button to send the call. A selection menu will pop up. - If you see an offer before the menu pops up, tap Ok to continue.

3 Enter 5 and tap Send. 5 is the menu option to check your balance. This displays more options to check your balance. -

Using Prepaid Data On The Airtel Website

1 Go to https://www.airtel.in/ in a web browser. You can use the Airtel website to check your data balance. -
2 Click the icon that resembles a person. It's in the upper-right corner of the website. This opens the login page. -
3 Login to your account. Enter your mobile phone number or service ID, as well as your password. Then click the red button that says Login.[5] - If you have not registered yet, click on the Register option on the top of the page.
