Experience Bosch Living with Bosch Fresh Reads 5 Ways to Dry Your Clothes Better with a Dryer
Previous Next Doing laundry is a boring chore, and when you add drying clothes, it becomes time-consuming. From clothes lying on the stand for days to the moisture which becomes a breeding ground for germs, the traditional drying method becomes tedious and less hygienic process, especially during the monsoon. However, when you get a Bosch dryer, you can enjoy 100% dry and germ-free clothes in every weather.
To make optimum use of a Bosch Dryer, here are five simple tips, which will help you dry your clothes better while saving time, money and efforts.
Tip 1: Extra spin cycle for extra drippy clothes
This one's a pro tip. Run an extra spin cycle on maximum spin speed for the drippy wet clothes. Dryers are designed to eliminate moisture efficiently, but it takes longer when your clothes are still dripping. The added cycle will remove the moisture through centrifugal action making your clothes cupboard ready.
Tip 2: Regularly clean fibres from the fluff filter
Keep a check on the fluff filter after every cycle and clean it after use. This tip hardly takes any time, helps in the airflow, and efficient usage of the dryer. There are two ways to clean the filters, by hand (helps in bulk removal) and by vacuum cleaner (for hard to reach places). Some dryers come with washable fluff filters, which can be opened and cleaned under running water. Even on the busiest days, this simple tip can do the trick.
Tip 3: Load each piece of laundry separately
It looks easier to dump a whole load of laundry at once, but it may result in entanglement of clothes. Then detangling your shirts from pyjamas, dupattas, kurtas and may be a problem. Separating them before loading the dryer will minimize entanglement and provide best drying results.
Tip 4: Dryer and washing machine to have the same capacity
If you want your laundry to go straight from the washing machine to the dryer, make sure they are of the same capacity. This will turn washing and drying into a hassle-free chore, especially when you are washing more than one batch.
Tip 5: Choose the right program for the fabrics
Cottons for cotton clothes
Easy-Care for synthetic clothes
Mixed Load for a mixed load of natural and synthetic clothes
Sportswear for nylon, polyester and nylon clothes
Wool Finish for woolen clothes and towels
Down Wear for clothes with natural animal feather
Cupboard Dry this program extracts the most amount of moisture from your laundry making it cupboard ready.
Iron Dry this mode allows your clothes to retain a little moisture for perfect ironing with Crease Guard and Easy Iron options.
