Sugar waxing is a hair removal method that is perfect for sensitive skin and areas with finer hair. Many people choose sugar waxing as their first waxing experience because it is safe and gentle.

Here Are Our Top Tips For Using Sugar Wax To Get Smooth  Skin At Home:

1. Gently heat and maintain the perfect temperature

   

   Warming is the first step of sugaring. When the wax is liquid and a honey consistency, it is easy to use a wooden spatula to evenly spread the wax on your skin. During the warming procedure, temperature control is important. Using a wax warmer is ideal as it will keep the wax the warm throughout your application. You can also use a microwave to heat your sugar wax, however, be sure to only heat for 20 seconds and stir well before use so that you ensure the wax is the proper temperature throughout. Also, don’t apply the wax when it is too hot or it will hurt your skin. 

2. Choose Parissa’s Roll-On. If you want to a precise application, the Parissa 2-in-1 Roll-on Sugar Waxwill be your best choice. It is designed to apply a perfectly thin layer of wax on your skin each time. It is easy to use and comes with two different sized applicators at the top, which helps you to spread the sugar wax evenly in larger areas like the legs or more precise, smaller areas like the face or bikini line. Just apply using our roll-on applicator in the direction of hair growth. Firmly press on the epilation strip and then quickly zip off. That is it!

3. Apply sugar wax as thin layer as possible. Apply a fine layer of sugar wax on your skin to achieve the best results and avoid a mess. If you apply too much sugar wax on your skin, there will be excess wax leftover after zipping the strip off. If that is the case, you are unable to remove your hair effectively.

4. Use epilation strips to zip off the wax. After applying the sugar wax, the final step is to press on an epilation strip and then zip it off. 5. Use Wooden Spatulas to apply sugar wax. Some people use their fingers or a butter knife to spread the sugar wax on their skin. However, we recommend using purpose-made wooden spatulas instead, which allow for easy and precise application. Every Parissa’s sugar wax kit comes with 2 different lengths of wooden spatulas. The long spatula is used for large body areas such as legs. The mini spatulas are perfect for your face and it is easy to control. To avoid dripping the sugar wax on your counter, you can twirl around your Spatulas or wipe off any excess sugar wax on the edge of the jar.

6. Sugar Wax is easy to clean. All Parissa Sugar Waxes are water-soluble, making them easy to clean. This means even if you were to spill or some were to get left on your skin, you can easily clean it off with warm water.
