Have been living in many states being ex-military & para military and only visit 711 servos but this one tops the list - visit it - you won’t be disappointed
Ask the reviewerWhat's the best music? How often do you visit? What makes the food tempting?NewStopped at 7-11 Campbelltown on Blaxland Road to get petrol, had to use the toilet, absolutely bloody disgusting, no hand soap or paper towels, sink was putrid, hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Toilet so bad I didn’t sit on it. When I came out I told the attendant to please get someone to the toilets they disgusting.

banking & notice 7/11 had my fuel plus $6 for large shake on my receipt. I only ever buy fuel at 7/11 & certainly we didn't buy or receive large shake. Rang store & left voice mail asking them to check their instore CCTV at the time of fuel purchase & asked them to return my call. Over 24 hours & no call. Yesterday I also sent an email to 7/11 with all the details from my receipt & asked for a refund. Their response was Sorry & here's a digital gift card. I have no intention of returning to 7/11 for more fuel & as I paid by Visa I expect a refund to my Visa card - not a useless digital ecard. I have a case number so next time I go shopping at Maryborough, I'll go instore & request $6 refund to be put through on my Visa card. As per TJC NSW review RE being charged for items not received, YES Check Your Receipt before you exit the store. Still wondering how/why the $6 large shake was added to my bill. Should mention that I live 40kms from Maryborough, thus why I haven't driven back there yet to ask for my refund

7-Eleven has caught the shrinkflation disease. In September their muffins have shrunk from 150g down to 130g, remains same price. What will it be next, Pies, sausage rolls, perhaps their decent sized Lamingtons from 115g to 90g. I'll keep posting my reviews. Show details

Bought fuel at Bungarribee yesterday and added Zymil milk and 1 snickers bar. When I got home I realised the dodgy assistant had added a Kit Kat Chunky at $3.50 to my purchase which I didn't get. Probably they grab one and eat it on their shift. How many people do they do it to that don't notice when still there. Tried ringing they don't answer,… Read more

Review for 7/11 Glenroy – Poor Customer Service – Date of visit: Monday evening, 7th October I’ve been a regular customer at this 7/11, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I visited at 11:02 pm, expecting the advertised 24-hour service, but was rudely shouted at by the employee on duty, saying, "We’re closed," while counting stock. No explanation was provided, and I was ignored… Read more
completely. Despite the lights being on, I was refused service when I needed to buy Panadol and groceries. This was highly inconvenient, and I had to drive to the nearest Shell station to get my essentials. Such poor customer service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location!

This is the third time I have been scammed at 711 Kellyville. First time i was given change of $20 when I gave $50. Last twice, including just now. They dont scan the discount Petrol app so we dont get the cheaper petrol.
Follow-up 4mo · The first time I was short changed $10 and i called from home, when I reslsed it. After arguing, they gave my $10. Second time I paid attention and noticed the short changing immediately.

I stop at 711 most weeks for fuel or a coffee. The Fuel Lock on the app is great, saves a few bucks when prices go up. Coffee is okay and the staff are fine. Some stores could be cleaner but it’s alright. Handy servo overall, I use it pretty often.
I often buy the Chai Latte powder which is made by Nestle and I can definitely taste the cinnamon more than the sweetness, to be honest it is better than many cafe ones and much better value. It is the same with their Hot Chocolate as it has a balance of chocolatey flavour.

We recently had to get a mobile scooter mechanic to come to fix the scooter as it would not start suddenly. The mechanic informed us that there was fuel in the tank that was half benzene and it caused the spark plugs to blacken and block the intake. He showed us a container where he had drained the fuel and there was a clear separation of a… Read more
heavier liquid on the bottom and lighter on the top. Pparently the mixed fuel clogs scooters because the parts are smaller. We had been filling up only at the 7-eleven petrol station near our home. The repair cost us $350. We thought 7-eleven was a reputable brand and had never expected that the fuel would be mixed. We will never use 7-eleven again after this experience.
The fuel is normally at a reasonable price . The staff behind the counter should be back in New Dehli or where ever they came from . Terrible , rude customer service . They hate Australians. Stay away from the place. There should be a federal inquiry into why only Indians ever only work at 7/11 .
The Chai Latte and Hot Chockee made by Nestle are the best for fuel station ones. With the Chai Latte you definitley taste the cinnamon and not too much sweetness. I wish with some 7-Eleven stores the coffee machine stations would be kept a lot cleaner.

The diesel fuel was contaminated with water at 7-Eleven North Parramatta. Occurred on Sunday, 3/08/2025. The repair costs were $1,930. Proclaim is their insurer, and they have declined compensation for the damages caused. I have supplied them with the mechanic's report, and I have the fuel sample showing that 15-20% of the sample collected is water. I will never attend another 7-Eleven store and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. If anyone else has had the same experience please contact me via email [email protected]. Thank you.
Milk is not real milk. Forgot milk bottle in car for 2 days in hot summer. When got it out of car it's still good, no curdle no bad smell. It's not possible if it's real milk. It's shame that they selling some crap full of preservatives........
So I came into the closest 7-Eleven store near me and I asked if I could get like money switched over from coins to notes and this guy came back with a rude comment saying we’re not your bank can go to somewhere else arm but I’ve also done this before at the same 711 and no one‘s came at me with the rude comments and his name was Marvin Not good customer service Show details
St kilda west has got to be one of the worst 7/11's in melbourne, not only is it crack head and nutter haven, but the staff, after andrew, the place is bad, they ether on there phone non stop, talking indian, so it not customers or business, they never say hello or thanks or hardly any thing, being on the phone is one thing, but when ya not, and this is more than one doing it, this place needs help on the inside and out...

DISHONEST with rewards program. The know of the issue where if you have 2 rewards and use 1 that’s about to expire that you will also lose the other reward. It should be 1st expire gets used 1st but it takes both. I’ve bought to their attention and it keeps happening, it’s theft and they don’t care. It may not be much but if it happens to only 1000 people a month then that’s $36,000 of “free” rewards they cheat people of
Poor customer service at the Brandon park seven eleven. Rude and not very good customer service skills. One of the worst seven eleven store ive ever encountered over the past years. Show details
Buy a pie and a drink $6.50. but a pie and a drink today 990. Asked why because they have a special advertised. Oh they changed the drinks so you can't get lemonade anymore. F em and their specials ended up spending 21 instead of 13. Petrol is too expensive and they are so shifty re specials now. Go to a local bakery and let's get rid of these price gougers in this times of financial difficulties.
Most 7 Eleven stores won’t allow you to use their toilets. We stop there to get fuel, food, drinks and snacks regularly, but toilets are not part of their service which is absolutely appalling to me. PreviousIt was really cold this morning (0c) so I decided to get a hot chocolate at the 711, but they had other ideas. It seems the milkybar people had paid them, or given them a kickback, to ignore their customers wants and only stock milkybar flavoured hot chocolate instead. Damn you 711
When you pull into a petrol station regardless of what time it is, when you lift the petrol bowser you expect to have it tuen on straight away, not at 80% of 7/11s ive been to. to wait for the Indian staffer to finish stacking shelves before she switched the pump on. Indians at every servo is also starting to become a joke.
Beware of the trick 7- 11 is using with the lock price available. I locked the price today at 1.729 for premium 98. When I got there the price is 2.309 a big saving !… ( you think) But the trick is you are allowed only a 25 cents per litre so in fact you are paying 2.059 and if you look elsewhere you can buy your petroleum cheaper without the so called « Lock Price «
