B) Customer’s usage may be measured using either a per gigabyte billing methodology or a 95th Percentile billing methodology.
If the Ninety-Fifth (95th) Percentile is greater than the CIR, Customer will, in addition to being billed for the CIR as described in (b) above, be billed for the difference between the CIR and the Ninety-Fifth (95th) Percentile and such difference shall be billed at the price per megabit described in the Agreement multiplied by the number of megabits.

TSR Percentile means the percentile ranking of the Company’s TSR among the TSRs for the Comparison Group members for the Performance Period. In determining the Company’s TSR Percentile for the Performance Period, in the event that the Company’s TSR for the Performance Period is equal to the TSR(s) of one or more other Comparison Group members for that same period, the Company’s TSR Percentile ranking will be determined by ranking the Company’s TSR for that period as being greater than such other Comparison Group members.
TSR Percentile Rank means the percentile performance of the Company and each of the companies in the Peer Group based on the TSR for such company as determined by the Committee for the Performance Period.
TSR means total shareholder return.
Company TSR means, for any Performance Period, the Company’s TSR for such Performance Period.
Revenue Growth means the percentage change in revenue (as defined in Statement of Financial Accounting Concepts No. 6, published by the Financial Accounting Standards Board) from one period to another.
