There's a door in the far corner of the Second District that leads to the Dalmatian Plantation. Pongo and Perdita lost their puppies when their world was destroyed; you can find the puppies (in sets of three) within treasure chests scattered across various worlds throughout your journey. If you return enough puppies to Pongo and Perdita, they will reward you with rare items when you visit them in Traverse Town.

A WARNING FOR COMPLETIONISTS: If you are playing Kingdom Hearts for the PlayStation 2, do NOT visit Pongo & Perdita with 99 puppies until you have successfully opened all treasure chests at End of the World; there are chests with Gummi blocks in that world that will become unobtainable after receiving the Complete Gummi Set.
