Tom Clancy died October 1 2013 of an 'undisclosed illness'. He died just before the release of Command Authority. An autopsy wasn't performed for 5 days after his death either. reply | flag message 2: by James, Group Founder (new) Dec 22, 2014 05:54PM
Never even realized Tom Clancy had died. Are there any theories you've read about this? reply | flag message 3: by Kelly (new) Dec 22, 2014 06:17PM
Most of it has to do with Obama.http://beforeitsnews.com/conspiracy-t...http://www.dcclothesline.com/2013/10/...http://www.nowtheendbegins.com/blog/?...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bwM6c... reply | flag message 4: by Lance, Group Founder (new) Nov 29, 2016 06:36AM

Yes, Brietbart had no drugs in him; that's true. What he had was severe heart disease. The autopsy concluded he died from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (an enlarged heart), with focal coronary atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). His enlarged heart was unable to pump properly. (http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow...)Tom Clancy never wrote anything that would get him in trouble, including Red October, which most experienced submariners thought was rubbish (I liked it though). Clancy never served in the military and had no access to classified information. His research was all open source material. He also always exaggerated how well military tech performed because, not having served, he didn't know most of it does perform well. By the time of his death, he'd pretty much stopped writing and just put his name on books others wrote using his plot ideas. He died of heart disease, too, having survived one heart attack and went through bypass surgery. http://news.usni.org/2013/10/02/tom-c... reply | flag message 6: by James, Group Founder (new) Nov 29, 2016 12:26PM
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Clancy was also very pro the Military Industrial Complex and the whole war machine, right? (I only saw a few of the movies based on his books, never read the books)If that's true, it seems like he wouldn't have made many enemies with the powers-that-be...Or did he write about more complex matters and include potentially true conspiracies about those starting wars? reply | flag message 7: by Kelly (new) Nov 29, 2016 02:39PM
He did write about terrorism. I can't remember which one of the novels it was, but one was very much like Al Queda in the beginning and then like 9/11 then the rest of the book was mostly just combat. reply | flag message 8: by Lance, Group Founder (new) Aug 05, 2017 04:12PM

Thomas Leo “Tom” Clancy, Jr. (April 12, 1947 – October 1, 2013) was an American novelist and historian best known for his technically detailed espionage and military science storylines set during and in the aftermath of the Cold War, and for video games that bear his name for licensing and promotional purposes. Seventeen of his novels were bestsellers, and more than 100 million copies of his books are in print. His name was also a brand for similar movie scripts written by ghost writers and non-fiction books on military subjects. He was a part-owner of the Baltimore Orioles and Vice Chairman of their Community Activities and Public Affairs committees. This file is a result of his background check by the Bureau, as Clancy was considered as a consultant for the White House Space Council.Declassified FBI Files on Clancy:http://documents.theblackvault.com/do...http://documents.theblackvault.com/do... reply | flag back to top post a comment » Add a reference: Book Author Search for a book to add a reference add: link cover Author: add: link photo Share
