For this quest, Hakim asks that you deliver a letter to his sister Akia in Gondolia. The bakery is on the second floor of the item shop and if you speak to one of the employees she'll tell you Akia left to work as a maid for Doge Rotondo.
Now look at the map and you'll notice a silver lock icon. Go there during the day to find Akia sweeping and give her the letter.
