Leads Center in Meta Business Suite helps you track, manage and nurture leads who may be interested in your products or services. You can see your leads from organic business messaging, ads that click to message, and lead ads.

To access the Leads Center, go to Meta Business Suite, click Leads Center in the left menu or click All tools and find it under Engage audience.

In Leads Center, you can click the Pipeline view or Table view tabs to choose how to visualize your leads data. Pipeline view allows you to drag and drop your leads into columns, such as Qualified and Converted, as they move across different stages. Table view organizes the leads into a table and divides them in rows, enabling you to see all relevant lead information and sort the leads by Date added, Name, Source, Channel, Stage and owners you Assigned to.

Benefits of using Leads Center in Meta Business Suite

In Leads Center, you can select a lead to view and edit their contact information and use the following features:

  • Track and manage leads’ progress: By default, every lead will be considered Intake. You can select a lead and click the Stage dropdown to categorize them into different stages of the sales funnel. You can create custom stages to match your sales funnel or use the default stages such as Intake, Qualified, Converted, Lost and Not qualified.
  • Message your leads: You can continue the conversation with leads generated organically and from ads that click to message, for both Messenger and Instagram, directly from Leads Center. Click the channel label, such as Instagram and Messenger, on the lead you’d like to chat with and the chat head will surface at the bottom.
  • View and download answers: If the lead was from an instant form, ads that click to message or lead ads that click to message, a Complete form label will indicate that you can view the form answers from the lead’s contact card.
  • Assign an owner to your leads: If you have multiple people following up with leads, you can select a lead and click the Unassigned dropdown to assign the lead to a specific person who has access to your Leads Center.
  • Filter and sort your leads: You can filter your leads by Forms, Date added, Source, owners you Assigned to and Labels you’ve created. You can sort the list of leads by Date added, Name, Source, Channel, Stage and owners you Assigned to. Use the Add filter and search bar at the top for more filter options, such as Campaign ID and Ad ID.
  • Schedule a reminder: You can select a lead and then click Schedule a reminder to set up a reminder for the assigned owner to follow up. This allows you to give your leads more time without forgetting to reengage.
  • Add labels and notes to your leads: You can describe and organize your leads with labels and notes. You can select a lead and click the Add label insertion bar to create labels or the Write a note insertion bar to include a note.
  • View source details: If you generated the lead from Meta ads, you can click on the source label Paid to see more details. If the lead was from an ad that clicks to message, you’ll see performance, audience and ad preview from a View results pop-up window. If the lead was from an instant form, you’ll see a preview of the instant form they filled in.
  • Upload leads: You can click the + Add leads button in the top right corner for the dropdown menu to Create lead manually or Upload leads to transfer multiple leads from an existing spreadsheet to your Leads Center. This allows you to centralize your leads from Meta technologies and other sources in one place.
  • Export leads: You can click the Download icon in the top right corner to download leads as a CSV file based on your current filter.Note: You can also go to All tools and click Instant forms within Meta Business Suite or go to Meta Ads Manager to download your leads data.
