We are currently accepting applications for our Early Head Start, Head Start, Home Based Services, Summer Learning and Expectant Mothers Program for the 2021/2022 school year. Attending families will receive a Child Inc Welcome Kit.

Head Start is a school readiness program serving children who are 3-5 years old, preparing children and their families for success in school providing a variety of educational activities. Our Head Start program is designed to support the healthy growth and development of children and to support parents in their roles as their child’s first and most important teacher. Child Inc invites children with disabilities to participate in all aspects of our program.

Full day, extended day, five days per week are available for Fall 2021 enrollment. Families who meet income guidelines and whose children are 3 years old are eligible to apply. Homeless children and children in foster care automatically qualify.

Depending on the needs of our families, location, and availability, we offer both Center-based and home-based care. Center-based programs take place throughout Travis County. Services are FREE for families that qualify.

Child Inc will be following all CDC guidelines and recommendations for COVID-19 and will modify plans as necessary.
