An ACH company ID is a 10-digit identifier used by banks and Nacha (the ACH network operator) to identify the company initiating an ACH transfer. This company is referred to as the "originator."

These IDs help ensure that only approved businesses can debit your account, which protects you from unauthorized transactions.

Why do I need to whitelist ACH company IDs?

Some business bank accounts include filters that block transactions from unrecognized sources. To make sure your ACH transactions with Nectar are processed successfully, you’ll need to provide our ACH company IDs to your bank.

🌟 Tip: This is especially important if your account has debit filters or blocks for unknown ACH IDs.

ACH company IDs for Nectar

Nectar uses two ACH company IDs to process payments:

  • 1800948598 – Nectar HR

  • 4270465600 – Nectar HR

You should share both of these with your bank when authorizing ACH payments.

Are there fees for disputes?

Yes, if a dispute occurs on a payment in your Nectar account, you will be responsible for any associated dispute fees.
