Activating and Deactivating Call Forwarding

Call forwarding enables incoming calls to be directed to a different phone number
- 1.
From the home screen, tap the Phone icon
- 2.
Tap the Menu icon
- 3.
Tap Settings
- 4.
Tap Supplementary Services
- 5.
Tap Call Forwarding
- 6.
Tap when you would like call forwarding to be active. In this example, we will select Always Forward
- 7.
Enter the number you would like your calls forwarded to and then tap Enable
- 8.
To deactivate call forwarding, swipe down from the top of the screen with one finger
- 9.
Tap the Call Forwarding notification
- 10.
Tap Always Forward
- 11.
Tap Disable
