You need a gel sack (small, inconspicuous purple ball-shaped plant) and a mineral type found primarily in the south. It requires gel sack https://i.ytimg.com/vi/bWn4EjVydA8/maxresdefault.jpg which you can find in certain biomes like the grand reef where it's abundant and everywhere and rubies which are often found in the same biomes as gel sacks.
