The Akkala Ancient Tech Lab is an odd modified lighthouse on the Eastern tip of Akkala. It is operated by Robbie, one of the Sheikah researcher's and assistant to Purah in Hateno Village.
The lab will not be active if you arrive before speaking to Purah about Robbie - after which you'll get the chance to activate the lab and speak to both Robbie and his wife Jerrin. You can also use the robot Cherry to trade Rupees and ancient parts in exchange for ancient Weapons and Armor.
