ALERT! Dangerous “G2-level” Solar Storm To HIT Earth Tomorrow

Our Sun has been ramping up its activity lately and as part of it, it recently exploded again! The Sun has discharged vast amounts of Coronal Mass Ejection with plasma and high-intensity energy towards some of the inner planets of the solar system. And that unluckily includes our planet Earth! In fact, the CME erupted two days ago and after tracking it, NASA and NOAA have said it will hit Earth by Thursday. This could cause a geomagnetic storm that could destroy our electrical grids and related products.
The projection models from NASA and NOAA have indicated that this mega solar storm will collide with Earth's magnetic field on April 14 and will then intensify due a to very fast solar wind stream. It is because of these reasons that the geomagnetic storm cis now expected to achieve G2-levels of conditions for higher altitude places. G2-level storms are intense but the chances of a total radio blackout are minimal.
G2-level geomagnetic storm coming for us!
Space weather physicist Tamitha Skov tweeted, “Chances of reaching G2-level conditions are 80 percent at high latitudes and 20 percent at mid-latitudes. Radio blackout risk remains low, but amateur #radio operators and GPS users face disruptions on Earth's nightside.”

These geomagnetic storms can cause voltage fluctuations and may even lead to damaged appliances and electrical wiring. On the commercial level, satellites and other spacecraft are also at high risk of damage due to high levels of radiation. On the plus side, most Northern Hemisphere countries could be able to see the Aurora Borealis, or the Norther Lights.
India's Centre of Excellence in Space Sciences has also alerted of the same, saying that the speed of the storm could reach up to 20,69,834 kilometers per hour. “Our model fit indicates a very high probability of Earth impact on April 14, 2022 with speeds ranging between 429-575 km/s. Low to Moderate geomagnetic perturbations are expected. Currently, solar wind and near-Earth space environmental conditions are returning to nominal levels," CESSI said in a tweet.
