Early on in the The Isle of Armor DLC you will meet an adventurer who tasks you with finding his runaway Alolan Digletts. This is one of the major sidequests of the DLC, with 151 Digletts to discover across the island. The DIglett are hidden, but you can see them thanks to their trademark golden hairs which stick up out of the ground.
The Diglett are split up by area, and the trainer will reward you for finding them. Below are lists of Diglett locations in each of The Isle of Armors sub areas:

Courageous Cavern - 7 Diglett
Soothing Wetlands - 20 Diglett
Challenge Beach - 9 Diglett
Brawlers' Cave - 7 Diglett
Challenge Road - 8 Diglett
Forest of Focus - 8 Diglett
Training Lowlands - 15 Diglett
Warm-Up Tunnel Diglett - 3 Diglett
Potbottom Desert - 10 Diglett
Loop Lagoon - 7 Diglett
Workout Sea - 11 Diglett
Stepping-Stone Sea - 7 Diglett
Insular Sea - 6 Diglett
Honeycalm Sea - 3 Diglett
Honeycalm Island - 11 Diglett
Once you have found all 151 Diglett, it is time to go back to the Diglett Trainer and claim your rewards!
