Amari Cooper did not play in his team's 21-20 preseason loss to the Eagles on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact:

Cooper is locked in as the team's No. 1 wide receiver and has little incentive to take the field in the preseason. The veteran wideout should serve as a low-end WR2 for fantasy gamers with a chance for more, depending on what the offense looks like when Deshaun Watson returns from an 11-game suspension.
