Taylor Swift is notoriously something of a workaholic, having put out two brand new albums, two re-recorded albums, and one live studio recording in the pandemic alone. Her most recent, the re-recorded Red album, has caused waves for the previously unheard songs and the trail of drama from her fallout with Scooter Braun and Big Machine Records. But when she's not busy making hit records, she can be found chilling out at home, and while the rest of us may only have one to choose from, for Taylor Swift, "home" can mean any of her eight gorgeous properties across the United States and beyond.

More On Taylor Swift's Many Million Dollar Mansions
The soon-to-be 32-year-old has a real estate portfolio most of us can only dream of, and with a budget like hers, you know each one is absolutely stunning. From cottages to townhouses, sprawling estates to penthouse suites, Taylor Swift is lounging in style no matter which of her spots she's hanging out in. While she tends to keep some parts of her life private, like her relationship with boyfriend Joe Alwyn, she's let interviewers and press in on some secrets about her homes over the years, so we decided to gather all the drool-worthy details here. Here's an inside look at all eight of Taylor Swift's homes.
8 Her Real Estate Portfolio Is Worth Over $80 Million
Taylor Swift was just 20 years old when she purchased her first home, a 3,240-square-foot condo in Nashville, which set her back just about $2 million. In the decade since then, she's racked up over $80 million in properties, each of them more gorgeous than the last.
7 Her Properties Span Four Different Cities
When Taylor Swift is craving a change of scenery, she's got a ton of options. She can head to New York City, where she owns three gorgeous properties. Two are adjacent penthouses in the Tribeca area, and the third is the four-story townhouse next door. She's got two Los Angeles homes she can head to, or she could stay at one of her two homes in Nashville, the city she most considers home.
6 Her Two Homes In Nashville Keep Her Close To Home
Taylor Swift moved to Nashville when she was just 10 years old to pursue her musical career, and still calls it home today. She owns two properties in Nashville, one of which is a $3 million condo with incredibly skyline views. The other is a 5,600-square-foot home and estate, a main house with four bedrooms, a pool, and an enormous guesthouse. At $2.5 million, that house is the least expensive property she owns.
5 She's Put Her Parents Up In Nashville Too
Taylor Swift's parents helped her get to Nashville to start her career, and lo and behold, it paid off for them. She's now bought them a mansion in Nashville in return for their sacrifices while she was growing up. Her mom's journey with cancer has been documented in the song "Soon You'll Get Better" from Lover, a song about her mom's battles with the disease that also features The Chicks.

4 One Of Her Properties Is Featured In 'The Last Great American Dynasty'
Taylor Swift has even written an entire song about one of her properties; it's that enchanting. The saltbox house she bought in Rhode Island is the setting for her song "The Last Great American Dynasty" on folklore. The gorgeous home on the sea used to belong to a rich socialite whose story captivated Taylor Swift. She chronicled it in the song, while nodding to the notoriously lavish parties she herself now throws in the house, which have made headlines for being extravagant, star-studded and messy affairs. The house was in the news again in the spring of 2019, when a teenager crashed a stolen car into the home's front gates while being chased by police.

3 She Has Three Places In New York City
"Welcome to New York" indeed. Taylor Swift's New York penthouses and townhouse in Tribeca are gorgeous, sprawling homes with gorgeous NYC skyline views, pools, a movie theater, and every other amenity imaginable. She also famously resided on Cornelia Street in 2016, a place she was so taken with, it became the setting for her song of the same name.
2 She Gave Us An Inside Look At One Of Her Los Angeles Properties
Vogue took us inside Taylor Swift's Beverly Hills home with a "73 Questions" segment with the pop star. Taylor Swift's house notably features a gorgeous piano room, but her sprawling porch and gorgeous lawns are probably just as responsible for the inspiration behind her songs as is the instrument that she actually writes them on.
1 She Shares A Townhouse In London With Her Boyfriend Joe Alwyn
Taylor Swift has been dating Joe Alwyn for four years now, and the two were spending even more time together during the pandemic, so they needed a place they could call their own. Joe Alwyn, famously the "London Boy" in Taylor Swift's song from Lover, is based in England, so flying back and forth between there and Nashville kept them pretty busy. Now they reportedly rent a $7 million home in Primrose End to relax in when they have some down time together.
