Biography[]

Angus' family hails from Ireland, where most of them are still located. Originally from Oakland, California, Angus Cloud attended Oakland School for the Arts in the School of Production Design. While working at a chicken-and-waffles restaurant close to the Barclays Center, Brooklyn, Angus was scouted by Euphoria casting agent Jennifer Venditti, whom he originally suspected was scamming him. Before being cast, Angus originally planned to move to Ireland with his family. In an interview with WSJ, Angus stated that he is working on improving his acting skills and that his dream is to become a voice-over actor on a cartoon.[1]

• Euphoria was Cloud's first ever acting role.
• Angus enjoyed directing and editing his friends' rap music videos,[1] some of which can be viewed on his personal YouTube channel.
• Angus attended the same school as his coworker Zendaya; although they had some of the same friends, Angus has said that he "didn't really know her".[1]
• Angus told GQ that his character was originally meant to die in the first season of the series. Although he isn't sure how it was supposed to happen, he claims that co-star Jacob Elordi informed him during the pilot filming that his character was going to die.[2]
