I used a human effigie as i died to the dragonslayer, and i noticed a crossed out red eye orb icon below my stamina. So as a hunch i went to try and invade someone and i could not select it on my hotbar as it is dark and my first thought was "maybe i got to much SM" but as i rested at a bonfire i noticed the nullify human effigy effect and it said "time remaining 28:00" so using a human effigy just to restore humanity blocks out multiplayer for a short time or until you nullify the effect? < > Showing 1-4 of 4 comments Fux View Profile View Posts 4 Feb, 2015 @ 7:52pm its after u kill the area boss you gotta nulify if you want to invade or need more coop stuffs #1 Fux View Profile View Posts 4 Feb, 2015 @ 7:53pm you dont need ascetic juat nulify the effect, its an auto efigy burning effect after the boss is dead. read the patch notes? http://steamcommunity.com/app/236430/discussions/0/622954747287715320/ #2 Sweet Tooth View Profile View Posts 4 Feb, 2015 @ 7:57pm Yeah, just wait the usual time for effigies and it goes away...but if you planned on killing iron king to go straight to bridge pvp...sorry bud. They have different effects. Using one (not burning) restores your humanity. Burning one blocks most forms of internet connectivity. #4 < > Showing 1-4 of 4 comments Per page: 1530 50 DARK SOULS™ II > General Discussions > Topic Details Date Posted: 4 Feb, 2015 @ 7:48pmPosts: 4 Discussions Rules and Guidelines Close
