Apex Legends season 12 is almost here, with fans just days away from playing the new Battle Pass. The latest Apex Legends season will bring with it tonnes of content, including new Legend Mad Maggie, the Control LTM as well as the Sabotaged Olympus map update. The new season of Apex Legends is launching just days after the hit Battle Royale game celebrates its third birthday, with the shooter from Respawn and EA first launching on February 4 2019.

So when is the new season of Apex Legends out? What is the release date and start time for the season 12 Battle Pass?

APEX LEGENDS SEASON 12 - WHEN IS THE NEW SEASON OF APEX LEGENDS OUT?

It has already been confirmed that Apex Legends season 12 will have a release date of Tuesday February 8.

A start time hasn't been revealed by EA yet, but judging by past launches fans can expect the big update to drop around 6pm UK time.

For those in other regions that's 10am pacific, 1pm eastern and 7pm European time.

To mark the third anniversary of Apex Legends this month, EA will also be running three weeks of rewards that fans can pick up during season 12 Defiance.

A message from the Apex Legends team said: "Celebrate the third Anniversary of Apex Legends with three weeks of rewards! Jump into Apex Legends: Defiance and for a limited-time earn Legends, Thematic packs, and a Legendary pack.

"Already have the Legends unlocked? Don’t worry, you’ll still get the Thematic packs and the Legendary pack.

"So be sure to jump in when Apex Legends: Defiance launches on February 8th and start claiming your rewards.

"Each week’s rewards are limited to one redemption per EA Account. Offer has no cash value and may not be substituted, exchanged, or sold for cash, goods, or services. May not be combined with other offers or prepaid cards redeemable for the applicable content unless expressly authorized by EA.
