About Instructor

Meet Bhanu Pratap; he has more than a decade of experience in the US RCM Industry. He has conducted new hire and refresher training classes for more than 150 medical billing and AR calling representatives. He has over 100 plus hours of teaching experience. He has developed customized training manuals and programs to help trainees become highly productive and knowledgeable quickly.
