So I recently got Eleonora's Poleblade and I'm loving the charge attack and weapon art, but it doesn't seem to be scaling off my arcane or dexterity like it's supposed to be. Been looking around and some of the rumors I see are that *every* special arcane weapon like this is bugged. Anyone confirm?
