I've been researching which router to buy and, since I have a preference for TP-Link routers, the C7 v2 looked like a good deal. However, analysing SNB charts, I've noticed that the C5 excels C7 v2 at basically every aspect, mainly at the 5 GHz charts. Why is this happening? Isn't C7 v2 bigger 5 GHz link supposed to give better speeds? Nnetwrks

Hardware wise, they look almost identical. Perhaps it was firmware, and, or, hardware based. Not overly quick. YMMV. https://wikidevi.com/wiki/TP-LINK_Archer_C5_v1.x https://wikidevi.com/wiki/TP-LINK_Archer_C7_v2.x Ddavidcmc

Why should I buy the C7 v2 when the C5 is cheaper and literally better in almost everything? N
