• Following receipt of order and clearance of payment, all full price UK orders over £60 will be delivered free of charge using Royal Mail 48 hr tracked service delivery within 2-5 working days (excluding Sale items which will be charged at £3.99) Orders under £60 will have a delivery charge of £3.99

• Next Day Delivery - This is charged at £11.99 - all UK orders received before 4pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day, orders received Friday will be delivered on Monday, orders received Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. If you require delivery on Saturday please contact us for the price as it depends upon your location.

We recommend using a recorded delivery service to post the goods back to us, as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods until we receive them.If you wish to exchange your goods for another size or colour, please complete the returns form included with your parcel and return the shoes to us at the address below. Upon receipt of the original goods (with the original receipt, in the original packaging, and unworn) we will post the new size/colour to you.
