  Thirty years ago, I set out to make a dream a reality — one inspired by the determination and vision of extraordinary people I had the privilege to meet and share great conversations with: Isabelle Nordmann, Steve Wozniak, John Couch and Gordon Shukwit. Their vision of a new world sparked what became the greatest adventure of my life. Thirty years ago, I opened my first Apple store in Geneva — driven by the belief that technology could truly change the way we live, learn, and work. That was the beginning of the ART Computer journey. Today, as I look back at then-and-now photos taken with our amazing team, I’m reminded of how far we’ve come. From that single location, we’ve grown into a national and international presence with offices in Chur, Geneva, Lausanne, Fribourg, Martigny, Lugano, Zurich, and even Madrid — proudly serving customers all across Switzerland and worldwide. From the very beginning, we’ve been pioneers in bringing Apple’s innovation and spirit to Switzerland. Today, ART Computer offers a complete portfolio of retail and B2B services: Apple Premium stores, business and education consulting, Ed-tech, certified repair services, financing and lifecycle programs, as well as training and support to help every user unlock the full potential of Apple technology. This milestone is not mine alone. It belongs to everyone who has been part of the journey: -Our customers, who have placed their trust in us for three decades. -The entire Apple family, whose partnership and inspiration have guided our path. -And , of course, our Geneva store team — past and present — whose passion, dedication, and spirit have been the foundation of everything we’ve achieved.   Was für drei Tage an der Swissdidac! 🌟   Unser ART Computer-Education-Zelt war von morgens bis abends gut gefüllt – und für uns war es unglaublich schön zu sehen, wie viele Besucherinnen und Besucher nicht nur einmal, sondern gleich mehrmals zu unseren Sessions gekommen sind. Auch unsere Beiträge auf der Apple Innovation Stage haben grosses Interesse geweckt und viele wertvolle Gespräche ausgelöst. ✨   Für uns als Team war es ein Highlight, so viele engagierte Lehrpersonen, Schulleitungen und ICT-Verantwortliche kennenzulernen – aus allen Regionen der Schweiz.   ART Computer am Barcamp „Lernen ohne Grenzen“ in Liechtenstein 🇱🇮   Am vergangenen Wochenende war unser ART-Education-Team – Francesco Santangelo, Giusep Carigiet und Ben Korner – beim Barcamp in Malbun vertreten. Ein grosses Dankeschön an die Organisator:innen, insbesondere Michaela Varrone vom Schulamt und an die vielen engagierten Lehrpersonen und Bildungsakteur:innen vor Ort.   Unser Team hat mehrere Sessions beigetragen:   🎧 „Geniale Audio-Inhalte mit KI erstellen“ Wie KI Lehrerinnen und Lehrern hilft, eigene Lern-Audio-Inhalte (Dialoge, etc.) schnell, sicher und kreativ zu produzieren.   🎥 „YouTube im Unterricht sicher verwenden“ Praktische Strategien und Tools, um Videos ohne Werbung, Ablenkungen oder Kommentarspalten im Klassenraum einzusetzen.   📱 „Lustige und visuell ansprechende QR-Codes mit Bordmitteln auf Apple Geräten“ Wie man mithilfe von iPad, iPhone und macOS kreative, klare und pädagogisch sinnvolle QR-Codes gestaltet.   Zudem stellte Giusep Carigiet unser neues ART-Education-Konzept vor, den ART Kompass – unseren umfassenden Ansatz, wie wir Schulen in der Schweiz langfristig bei der digitalen Transformation begleiten: strategisch, technisch und pädagogisch.   ⸻   🔜 Nächster Halt: Swissdidac 2025 in Bern   Wir freuen uns sehr, dieses Jahr mit unserem ART-Education-Zelt dort präsent zu sein – mit vielseitigen Kurzsessions, Demos und Austauschformaten für Schulen aller Stufen.   Liechtensteiner Barcamp „Lernen ohne Grenzen“ begeistert 90 Teilnehmende aus vier verschiedenen Ländern, inspirierende Persönlichkeiten und jede Menge Ideen – das Barcamp „Lernen ohne Grenzen“ im JUFA Hotel Malbun war ein voller Erfolg. Vom 14. bis 16. November verwandelte sich das Hotel in einen Treffpunkt für alle, die Bildung weiterdenken. Eingeladen hatte das Schulamt, unterstützt wurde das Barcamp zusätzlich durch die Sponsoren Hilti, Neutrik und Art Computer. Am ersten Tag begrüsste Schulamtsleiterin Rachel Guerra die Teilnehmenden und freute sich über die grosse Beteiligung und den anstehenden Erfahrungsaustausch in Malbun. Am Samstag war Regierungsrat Daniel Oehry dabei; er kennt das Liechtensteiner Barcamp seit dessen Anfängen und stimmte mit seiner Begeisterung für das Format und die Themen bereits während der Begrüssungsworte auf den Tag ein. Der Einstieg mit der Keynote von Univ. Prof. Dr. Peter Walla unter dem Titel «Das Gehirn weiss mehr, als es zugibt» zeigte Forschungsmethoden und -ergebnisse zu diesem Thema auf. Die Keynote von David Halser (PHGR) am Samstag bot mit Tiefe und Aktivitäten spannende Einblicke in Grenzen und Möglichkeiten für «Lernen ohne Grenzen».   Das typische Barcamp-Flair war zweieinhalb Tage lang spürbar: Das Programm mit den von den Teilnehmenden gestalteten Sessions war beeindruckend. Es kamen digitale Lernmethoden, Inklusion, neue Formen der Zusammenarbeit, Spielen und Lernen, Mathetik, KI-Tools, Ermöglichungsdidaktik und weitere Themen in den Tagesplan. Zwischen Präsentationen und lebhaften Diskussionen entstanden Ideen, die über die Veranstaltung hinaus wirken werden. #liechtenstein #bildung #schulen #barcamp
