Aruba is in the Atlantic Time zone. All places including the capital Oranjestad and popular touristic destinations such as Palm Beach, Eagle Beach and Montserrat have the same time, there are no exceptions. The island is not observing daylight savings so the clock remains unchanged during the year.

Time of neighboring islands and countries
The neighboring island Curacao observes the same Atlantic Standard Time. When travelling to Venezuela you will enter the Venezuelan Time zone (VET or HLV) which since 2016 is in fact the same time (– 4:00 UTC).
