Ascendant Challenge (destiny 2 Ascendant Challenge This Week)

An ascendant Challenge is an event that you unlock & you get rewarded with Dreaming City Gear. Veteran guardians know the drill when handling the weekly ascendant challenges in Destiny 2. But if you are a new player, let me tell you that you must first complete the entire Renegade Campaign to unlock access to the Dreaming City.

Dreaming City has three curse levels; Weak, Medium, and Strong. We can use the cursing type to locate Petra Venj, the merchant that will give you the Ascendant Challenge. Her locations are:

• Rehasilvia (Strong Curse)
• Divilian Mists (Medium Curse)
• the Strand (Weak Curse)

Like Xur location, the Ascendant challenge is linked to the Ascendant realm; each week, you will find a single portal in random spots that acts as the portal to the Ascendant Realm.

Remember that to see the Ascendant Portal, you need to consume the Tincture of Queensfoil. On the off chance that you don’t have it, you can always buy it from Petra

The curse level will influence the location of the Ascendant Challenge each week. There are few scheduled locations for the Destiny 2 Ascendant Challenge and rotation occurs only between these locations. They are:

• Bay of Drowned Wishes
• Chamber of Starlight
• Aphelion’s Rest
• Gardens of Esila
• Spine of Keres
• Harbinger’s Seclude
