My husband and I are world travelers, so we thought it was only appropriate to make sure each of our babies have a name that is also somewhere we’ve visited!

We love nature-y type names, and I’ve always loved the name Aspen so it just came so naturally with her.
I loved that it is nature themed, and love that it’s short (5 letters) n’ sweet (our first child’s name is nature themed and 5 letters also)
Aspen has such a personality, she’s also very advanced for a (almost) 1 year old. She’s hit all her milestones earlier than her brother did when he was her age.

Same. My daughter is Aspen Lorraine ( Lorraine is her great-grandmother’s name), and I’ve always loved the name Aspen. Plus Aspen trees are beautiful and she’s like me, LOVES to be outdoors. I have always had a popular name and I didn’t want that for my daughter. Aspen Colorado is also very beautiful and I plan on taking her throughout the years (she’s been once when she was 5 months old).

When my husband and I were dating, our first trip together was to Aspen, Colorado. We fell in love with the city together, as it had been a place my husband and his family went when he was growing up. We went back many times and knew we wanted to name our child that when we had one.
