We seek to ensure the product you purchase is authentic and as described. Our products are verified by a variety of means, such as digital authentication, in-hand verification, and/or machine learning technology. While all of our products are verified by one or more of these methods, some products are verified using methods that do not include physical examination of the product.

To support our verification process, we have logged hundreds of thousands of data points on products to evaluate their authenticity.

If during our verification process your product is found to be inauthentic or not as described, we reserve the right – at our option and in our sole discretion – to provide you with the same item as described or a full refund for your order.
