The network is the flagship, and one of three news networks owned by Waystar and the Roy family, alongside NCN and LNN. The network and its affiliate channels typically report with a more reactionary and right wing style in comparison to competitors such as Pierce Global News and MNB.

Its main broadcast headquarters are located within the headquarters of parent company Waystar Royco at 28 Liberty Street, Financial District, Manhattan, New York City.

The Summer Palace[]

When Kendall Roy is removed from his rehabilitation facility in rural Iceland, he is taken to a studio operated by the Icelandic national broadcaster RUV, with Karolina Novotney remarking that a local ATN affiliate also operates out of the station.[1]

Safe Room[]

ATN and Waystar Headqurters are visited by Rhea Jarrell, to open unofficial talks with Logan Roy about him acquiring their rival network PGM, where she is CEO. Tom Wambsgans is tasked with further vetting an up-and-coming presenter Mark Ravenhead after it emerges he may have links to the far right and be a sympathiser to Nazism.[2]

A new political talk show, The Bunker, is seen hosted on ATN News by Mark Ravenhead, with senior White House aide Michelle-Anne Vanderhoven as a contributor. [3]
