Examples of Attempted delivery in a sentence

  • Attempted delivery, in person or by express delivery at the correct address, shall be deemed received on the date of such attempted delivery.

  • Attempted delivery of any notice or request hereunder by electronic transmission (including, but not limited to, electronic mail) or communications through the internet shall not constitute delivery hereunder.

  • Attempted delivery that is unsuccessful, in person, by express delivery, or by registered or certified mail, at the correct address or fax number, shall be deemed received on the date of such attempted delivery or attempted fax.

  • Attempted delivery of any Notice hereunder by electronic communication (including but not limited to e-mail and Internet or intranet websites, but excluding facsimile transmission) shall not constitute delivery of such Notice for the purposes of this Agreement.
