We have now re-introduced B12 injections. The following options are still available:

  • Self Administer
  • B12 Supplements

The Nurse can contact you to discuss these options.

Self Administer

You can click the link below to watch a YouTube video of how to self administer. Once you have watched it, if you would be happy to do it yourself then contact the surgery and the nurse will contact you to talk through the process and she will put a pack together for you to collect from the surgery which will include the needles/syringes….

B12 Supplements

If you have watched the above link and don’t think you will be able to self administer you can go to the Chemist and buy B12 Supplements over the counter.
