Bad Kid Mykel is a rapper, Instagram star, and social media personality. He is part of the popular group of web stars named ‘Tha Bad Kids’. Mykel began his journey to social media stardom in late 2017 when the members of ‘Tha Bad Kids’ started making appearances in the videos of popular YouTuber and comedian Funny Mike, who also goes by the names 22 Savage and Young 22. Their first music video was posted on the Christmas Day 2017, and two more tracks were released before the first day of the new year. In the following two weeks, those videos garnered three million views combined and gave the boys the ideal start of their careers. They have since created their own channel and have started uploading content on it. Bad Kid Mykel is quite popular on Instagram and has over 300K followers on it. ‘Tha Bad Kids’ sell their merchandise through Funny Mike’s website, Stoopidflyclothing.com.

He later began his career as a hip-hop artist. Parodying the infamous Atlanta rapper 21 Savage, he adopted a new professional name, 22 Savage. He subsequently released several tracks, including ‘No Heart’ and ‘Jumpin’. In December 2016, he put out his mixtape ‘Savage Mode’, which was named after 21 Savage and Metro Boomin’s extended play of the same name. In February 2017, he changed his professional name to Young 22 to bring a degree of legitimacy to his career. At some point, he changed it back to Funny Mike.Mike created his FunnyMike channel on May 1, 2016, and posted his first video on August 28, 2017. The boys from ‘Tha Bad Kids’ started making appearances in his videos soon after. Besides Bad Kid Mykel, the group currently is comprised of Badkid Jay, Badkid Tray, Dede3x, Badkid Mark Jr, Badkid Woo, Badkid Bam, Badkid Kam, and Badkid Mirah. They released first track, ‘DEDE3X-3X’, on the Christmas Day 2017.In the next few days, they also put out ‘Fresh’ and ‘Do The WooWoo’ through Funny Mike’s channel. On January 30, 2018, the boys set up the group’s own channel. They started posting content on it on January 17, 2019. They have released two more singles, ‘Elbow Dance’ and ‘A's & B's’.The oldest group of photographs on Mykel’s Instagram page was posted on September 7, 2018. In them, he can be seen standing with money in his hands and a packet of Cheetos swinging from between his teeth. For Mykel, Instagram is probably the most important social media platform as he has found much of his success as an influencer on the site.
