"I need to speak with one of the inmates." Oh, people in here aren't usually very talkative. "This one was" "look, just let us talk to him and, we'll get out of your hair. Sound like a plan." Well, you won't be able to talk to him." "And why is that?" "Uh well, there was an incident," the man said, rolling his eyes at Caitlyn. "What kind of incident?" Caitlyn inquired. As you and Caitlyn walked to the elevator, he said, "the not so pretty kind." "Why did you need to talk to the guy?" you asked. As you got out of the elevator and could hear loud bagging coming from one of the cells as you walked down the hall, the bagging got louder. "Is this the one?" "Yeah," Caitlyn said nervously, "you looked in the cell and saw a girl with pink hair and tattoos." She turned to face Caitlyn and said, "Who the hell are you?" I'm Caitlyn, and this is Y/N. I looked through your file, and there are no records of you or your crimes. What brings you here?" "My sunny personality," the girl said as she approached Caitlyn, and you snorted. "Cupcake?" the girl inquired as she examined you more closely, "VI?" "Wait for you to know each other?" "So, this is where you've been for the last however many years it's been." *Time skip* You waited for Caitlyn to return, then went to the front desk to speak with the big guy. "I've received orders from councillor Talis with regards to inmate 516." "You want us to have a chat with her?" "No!" "Oh," Caitlyn posed a few questions to the man. "Hey, um, how many chats have you had with her?" With a smile, he said, "You know, I never even thought to count." "This is for hurting VI!" you said as you slammed his head into the table and took the key. "Y/N!" Caitlyn exclaimed as you entered the elevator, "what was that?!?" "What? he hurt VI" You dashed down to VI cell, unlocked it, and jumped into her arms. "So, how do you know each other?" "I'm from Zuan." "Wait, what?" You headed to the bathysphere, "hey, so when did you join... them?" "I didn't join them. I just pumped into Caitlyn one day looking for you and, here we are." "I've heard the bathysphere has a beautiful view. That might be a good way to get a lay of the land." You shifted your gaze to Caitlyn. "Too dangerous," VI said as she stepped off the ledge, and you fell backwards off it. "What?" "WOOO!!" you and VI jumped from rooftop to rooftop until you stopped and just took everything in "wow, it hasn't changed a bit" "wait, I thought you." "Nope, haven't come back since I promised I'd be back with you" "And how long ago was that?" "Since Vander um... y'know." She nodded, and you jumped down and turned to VI, but quickly turned around when you heard someone whistle at you. "OH YA LIKE WHAT YA SEE HMM WELL IT ALREADY BELONGS TO SOMEONE!!" VI smiled, then two girls emerged from behind the guy and approached you. VI punched the guy in the face, then exploded on him. "Don't kill him or, Silco will kno- oh, I love your boots, can I have them?" the girl glared at you. "Can you stop complementing them?!" you smiled and slammed her head into the ground then, punched the other girl in the face, Caitlyn finally made it down and, you threw some clothes at her. "Welcome to the lanes," "you almost got me killed," "~oh ok" *Time Skip* "oh, Jericho! have we missed these" you could tell Caitlyn was frustrated. "What's up, your ass today?" "Nothing! now, are you going to question him?" VI glared at you and turned to face Caitlyn "about what?" you jumped in. "The meat?" VI began to laugh "definitely not above board" "Silco, his connections? isn't that why we're here?" "we're here because I'm hungry, do you know what prison food is like? No, of course, you don't." "Unbelievable, I didn't break you out of jail to eat... slop. I knew this was a terrible idea you, don't actually know anything, do you?" you slammed your bowl on the table. "Sorry, Jericho" "oh, you made her mad" you stood up and grabbed Caitlyn's ear and walked away from VI. "Do you ever shut up, god, this is our home so, you don't get to boss us around, ok? "right, let's go, I know where to get some answers." Caitlyn started asking a bunch of questions, "can we get rid of her?!" "no, I mean we could but, then the enforcers will come down here." "Here we are, the one place where all the secrets are spilled," "Caitlyn, I think it's best if you stay out here" she was a bit taken back by what you said. "What, why? you two need me" "not in here, we don't" you went in and headed straight for the last room "hey, cupcake, stay close." A few girls pulled you towards them so, you quickly grabbed VI's hand "you ok?" "sorta" VI moved one of the curtains revealing a shocked woman. "I said I'd bring her, didn't I?" you said with a smile, VI sat down and you, went to wait outside with Caitlyn "do you hate me now that you girlfriends back or what?" "She's not my girlfriend, and I've always despised you, I just needed someone on topside to help get more info on VI than I was getting alone." "Well then-" "and I swear if any of your friends hurt her, I will kill you" VI walked out "what did she say?" "Just some stuff about Powder, Silco and... Vander." You pulled VI into a hug, "I have to go do something so, I'll meet you guys back here in an hour," VI said as she let go of you and bolted. "VI!" you yelled as you chased after her but soon lost her, "SHIT!!" "where's she going?" "to get herself killed," you could hear faint bagging in the distance. "Come on, Caitlyn!" "you go... ahead" you jumped onto the bridge and saw Sevika getting ready to punch VI. "NO!!" Caitlyn started shooting at Sevika, you jumped down and ran over to VI, "you gonna help me up, cupcake," "VI, you're bleeding" "I'm f...ine," she said as you helped her up and began walking. "Where are we going?" "I-" "THERE THEY ARE!!" "Shit, Silco's goons VI get on my back" she did as she was told and, you immediately began running. *Time Skip* "Silco's goons aren't far behind, we have to keep moving" "I KNOW THAT!!" "help me to the edge" "why?" "just do it." you helped VI to the edge "you're not gonna try to get down there in that condition, are you?" She nodded and leapt down, slamming into every support beam in her path. "Come one," you said as you followed her down, "it's a lot bigger than I remember" "there," you helped VI into the shed and propped her up against the wall, Caitlyn handed you a cloth and, you began to wipe the sweat from VI's face. "Thanks, cupcake" Caitlyn headed outside and, you followed "where are you going?" "to get help" "there isn't much help down here" "is she alright?" Caitlyn wiped out her gun, "easy, e-easy, that's VI, right?" "Caitlyn, lower the gun" you said as you quickly stood in front of the man. "I-I-I'm a friend or at least I was, I mean I... I owed her old man my life" "you!" "y-yup it's me" "Caitlyn go with him I'll stay with VI" she nodded and followed the man you went back inside the shed "hey how are you feeling" "like I'm dying" you sat next to her and rested your head on her shoulder after a couple of minutes VI started to drift off you shot up "h-hey VI stay with me" "hey cupcake before I go... I just want you to know I have loved ever since we met" VI said with a smile while placing a hand on your cheek you smiled and to speak but just then VI's hand fell to her side "NOOOOOO!!!
