This is a wonderful Kabob for grilling with fresh vegetables

Ingredients

| 1 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base |
| ¼ cup | olive oil |
| 2 Tbsp | red wine vinegar |
| 1 tsp | red pepper flakes |
| 6 | (6-inch wooden skewers soaked in water) |
| 1 | red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces |
| 1 | orange bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces |
| 1 | yellow bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces |
| 1 | green bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces |
| 1 | large onion, cut into 1-inch wedges |
| 1 pkg | cherry tomatoes |
Directions
- Step 1 checkbox 1
Preheat grill to 400°F. Place wooden skewers in water so they can soak.
- Step 2 checkbox 2
In a medium bowl, combine Seasoned Vegetable Base, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
- Step 3 checkbox 3
Add cut vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Step 4 checkbox 4
Thread the vegetables onto the skewers alternating bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes.
- Step 5 checkbox 5
Place the skewers directly onto the grill and grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Step 6 checkbox 6
Carefully remove the skewers from the grill and serve immediately.
