I love, love, love Ben & Jerry’s FREE Cone Day every year. It typically happens during the second week in April. And that happens to coincide with my birthday! I have a hunch that they did this for me! 😉

Each year they celebrate Free Cone Day at participating B&Js Scoop Shops around the world. You can get free ice cream cups and cones from noon to 8 p.m. on Free Cone Day.

The first ever Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day in the history of history! It was our way of thanking everyone for all the love and support they showed us that first year of business in a renovated gas station in Burlington, Vermont.

Since 1979, Ben & Jerry’s has been giving away free scoops of ice cream. In other words, as of five years ago they had given well over a million scoops. That’s a lot of freebies!
