That is a complete lie. The unit I received was a hollow display dummy. It had no power component/inverter, static display and was clearly a shelf prop. When I brought it to the store to swap it for the working product I already paid for, the Manager refused to help. They demanded I pay the full price difference for a new one. They sold me a fake item, admitted it was missing components, and then tried to charge me more money to fix it. This is textbook "Bait and Switch." I have filed a formal complaint with the FTC.
