So I decided to come to Springfield for the better buy because the other store wasn't giving me customer satisfaction. I came to Springfield and Jeffrey laid out the red carpet for us. Was efficient professional and just of joy of light. Thank you Mr Jeffrey for looking out for us and helping us throughout the process a searching for what we did not know we needed. Jeffrey is a keeper. I hope this reaches the highest person at Best buy Jeffrey should be a manager. He gives eye to eye contact to his customers as they walk in the door and approaches them at ease.
