| Author: kevg (Non-US) Hello, I need to remove my bathroom sink p trap, which is made of plastic. One of the connections will not budge and was stripped/worn down (by previous homeowner). I have tried using adjustable pliers to loosen it but can't move it at all. Can you please tell me what the easiest way is to deal with this problem? Photos are below. | Author: KCRoto (MO) Just past the elbow that is closest to the wall I would cut the pipe off. Cover the hole in the wall with an escutcheon, and glue a trap adapter on, and use a poly P-trap instead of that bulky trap that they installed.
