Q. What is the process for cancellation of a loan or a transaction?

A. If you want to cancel a loan availed for purchase at Amazon, you need to cancel the order on the “My Orders” page at Amazon. Post return of the product and or confirmation received from Amazon, Bajaj Finance Limited shall take up to 2 days for cancellation and reversal of the amount to your card. If EMI/s are deducted, the amount shall be transferred back in to your registered bank account in 3-4 days post successful cancellation confirmation from Amazon.

Q. When will I get the refund of my EMI in case I cancel the loan?

A. Post cancellation of the transaction and confirmation from Amazon, the amount would reflect in your registered account number in the next 2-3 working days. Loans cancelled between 26th – 10th of the month would be processed only after the 11th of the next month.

For example If you made advance payment on 29th Jun & your already presented EMI for 2nd Jul gets bounced, the advance payment will be adjusted for 2nd Jul. However if 2nd Jul EMI gets cleared, the advance payment will be refunded to your bank account after 7th of the month.
