Wow... dont makes any sense but okay...Was wondering why i dont see this item on any char.But now you need to quest and get renown... WITH EVERY CHARACTER... wtf is this? It was fine on PTR to just go Torghast and buy i there...Maybe for alts but not if you switch your main and want to send excess soul ash from alts who did Torghast but stuck with renown 20 or so...

There should be a lot less stuff in-game where we have to check 3rd party sources to troubleshoot why something isn't the way we expect it to be. This just isn't necessary.

I'm not usually a complainer but Blizz makes it really hard to defend stuff like this. I dont see any reason why this couldnt be avail at 9.1 launch. Let players play the game.

Why tho?Probably because the previous requirement was that you had to unlock Tier 9 in Torghast in order to send soul ash to alts, which was a pretty steep requirement, so they changed it to Renown 44 instead.

Ultimatums are stupid in relationships, at work, and for games. Just stop playing, but stop being so dramatic about it. A lot of us come and go, and don't make a big stink of it every time. Blizz will see numbers go down and course correct (though, honestly won't very much, because again, they're doing their own thing lol).

Why have a requirement at all?I agree, but sadly MAUs wins for this patch. Literally everything is gated in some manner or another this time. At least we're getting some freedom of movement out of the patch, so it isn't entirely a raw deal, just a bland meal.

Unless something is working differently than the PTR, you only need to reach Renown 44 on ONE character, as you need to complete The Last Sigil chapter of the new campaign.I have like 10 characters on the PTR, and only one of them has done any of the campaign other than just opening Korthia. All of them have a Vision of Bonesmith Heirmir sitting in Korthia with all of her items for sale, including the Packaged Soul Ash.

It would still be nice for the devs to actualy clarify this in their posts though, just so people aren't going "the sky is falling!" yet again and can save it for other obnoxious things. Like piss poor graveyard bordering in Korthia (die on the southern half of the zone and you get ported to Vault of Secrets, an island with no way to get to your body while dead, so you get to eat res sickness).
